Vasgersian is doing the MLBN national game.

and he just said "Rendon's 2 years with the Angels have been checkered with injuries". I guess Matt forgot Rendon also played for us in 2020, and had a pretty decent, healthy (60-game) season

1973 for me.

It was Little League day, and every kid in the joint had their uni's & caps on.

It's a pretty cool memory for me.

Nice! Which Little League did you play with? I played at Olive Little League in Orange, only 2-3 miles from the Big A. We also had a special day there every year and wore our uniforms, and one year we got to play catch in the outfield before the game (or maybe after?) this was 1979-82~ish for me

I played in Westminster National, Little League.

Every year they had Little League day I went with each different team I was on.

I never got to go out onto the field, but other kids I knew did.

Not the first year I went, but a couple of years after.

At the turn on the Century, for quite a few years, I had season seats I purchased from someone who purchased the whole season, and every time it was Little League day, I would fondly recall the days I was a child at the stadium.

Good times!
