Favorite to watch at bat

The hitting is starting to heat up and it's about time. The last 5 games we have scored 9, 5, 6, 5, and 11 runs. Pujols, Trout, Trumbo, Kendrick and crew are doing what we expected when this offense was assembled. 

 

Who is currently your favorite Angel hitter to watch at bat?

 

 

Mine is currently Howie Kendrick. This guy is hitting .473 this month and he is killing it. Howie has become must watch TV for me. Trout, is a very close second.

HK is my favorite player, but watching a favorite at-bat means someone who will give the pitcher a bit of a fight. I still think that person is Trout. Still waiting for Hamilton to get hot.

Least favorite is Aybar with his dumb "showing bunt" all the time.

Least favorite right now is Hamilton. It's  like "zip zip the modern way" per the Honeymooners. He's got to give himself more of a chance to get on base.

Trout definately, with the plate approach, the short fluid yet powerful swing, and the speed to make every at bat potentially fun.

 

As good as Vlad was at hitting a pitcher's good pitches, Trout has the complete package at the plate.

Knock on wood, but we've never, eeeeever seen a hitter like Trout in this org.

 

Can we please clone the scout who found him in NJ?

I thought Figgins was pretty good. Also, Eckstein was a pain in the neck to opposing pitchers. Orlando Palmeiro was also pretty good.

Easily Trout for me. Great approach, great discipline, power to all fields, ability to run out infield singles, short compact swing that produces tons of power and he always improves after seeing a pitcher once. 

 

He's a complete package at the plate.
