Since we're going full nerd, there was an obscure RPG for GameCube called Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. It might have my favorite video game soundtrack of all time. I first played the game as a freshman in high school, and this song is still just as beautiful.

Hmm, nice topic @Tank, sooooooo many to choose from, but this one is the most played on my iTunes thingy so I guess this must be my current favourite. A short and quite simple piece, a little unusual too in its own way, but certainly one that takes the day's stresses away:
