I would go after Stroman (4 year deal + an option). One of either Thor/Jon Gray/Cobb (3 years + an option) and one of either Matz/Wood (2+1 for Matz) (1+1 for Wood).

Now you have the ability to move some young arms for other needs.

Rotation of Stroman, Ohtani, Matz/Wood, (1 of 3), Suarez/Sandavol,Canning/Barria/Junk
