Yeah I don't know what he was there for specifically. I saw him running down the street and the mob chased after him saying "get him!" He tripped, and some dudes swarmed him. He shot them.

 

There were several guys there with guns, i'm assuming they felt they were a militia protecting the town from burning and destruction. Still shouldn't be charged with homicide as it appears he was not the aggressor.

I just watched the video and it will be tough to get 1st degree murder on him. He was running away from the mob and was attacked before he fired. Now there may be charges based on something that happened before the video starts but it is still a stupid idea to show up armed, to a riot

There were two shootings. Rico was referring to shooting number 1.

Shooting 1: Guy with gun is running away from crazy dude (who earlier said "Shoot me nigga, shoot me nigga!). Crazy dude is chasing guy with gun, throws something at him, then continues to run at him aggressively. Guy with gun shoots him. This was the one of the guy shot in the head.

 

Shooting 2: Guy with gun is running down the street (probably trying to leave the area, I don't know). Mob sees him and runs after him, he falls, gets swarmed by a group of guys and shoots to defend himself.

 

It appears he was part of a group whose goal was to protect property from rioters.

Mob rule and the dumb fucks defending them like on this forum have gone insane. I have literally zero sympathy for any of these assholes getting shot.
