Only 1 of the top ten is 23 or older.... 6 of them are 20 or younger.   Those numbers for the top 30 are 4 (23+), and 18 (20 or younger)... 

That's an incredibly YOUNG top 30.

Once again another disappointing top 30 list by mlb. 

They've assigned Sandoval a 45 overall, yet outside of his slider (45), which i think is better, is over 50. 

Same with Crod and many others

They made  A LOT of really questionable comments about some of these guys ..   Besides the odd 45 grade overall when his other pitchers are graded out to 60, 55, 55, and his control as 50, the called him a SD prep player.   Dude went to Mission Viejo HS...
