Most disappointing moment as an Angels fan (excluding 1986 and 1995)

It was an 0-2 count and Fuentes threw it right down the middle of the plate at like 88 mph, completely straight.  You could have walked the ball out there and placed it on a tee for A-Rod.  Any other stadium in MLB, it would have been a routine pop fly to right field for an out.  But that short porch in Yankee stadium is dumb.

Took me awhile to find it, but I did. Turns out we were both wrong although you were closer. The ball was up and a bit outside but it was too good a pitch for A-Rod.

We had 4 tickets to the weaver nono game my friend brought his date and I was going to bring my girlfriend but her parents didn't let her go. Lol gotheem.

Number one on the most hated list for me is AJ Pierzynski

Playoffs Oct 12 2005 when Josh Paul supposedly dropped the third strike and Doug Eddings allowed AJ take first.

2008 will haunt me forever. The best team we ever had. 100 wins, and Mike goes runny ball, after a lead off double by Morales. Then the 10 year extension followed.    Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!

Last year's August 1 game in Texas was pretty bad.

 

Also, Lyman Bostock being shot in 1978 almost ranks up there with Adenhart.

 

How about every game from mid-August to the last three games of the 1995 regular season?

Finding out the Blue Jays pulled the robbery of the century (Sorry Red Sox fans, Babe Ruth was last century) when they only had to kick in $5,000,000 in the Verna deal.

The 2 home run game by Naps the Ranger on the last game of the season at Angels Stadium in 2011 hurt like a you know what.

Agreed.  I don't think 'disappointment' when I think about Nick - that was way beyond baseball.

 

Biggest disappointment for me was losing to the Yanks in the '09 ALCS.  I truly thought the Angels were a team of destiny that year.
