With the lottery just ending and Gertrude in Florida ( or wherever) with her 19 cats winning, I came up with what I think is a sure fire way of getting a cool million.

1. Buy one lottery ticket.

2. Make agreements with EVERYONE that buys a lottery ticket that you will give them a million dollars if you win,if they do the same.

3. Someone wins the lottery and gives you a million per the agreement.

Looks pretty fool proof to me,although knowing my luck I would win and owe everyone that played $1,000,000.
