Another awesome Amber Alert last night

Because I am an old man who works (and exercises) early, I am well asleep by 11:30.  LOVED the Amber Alert last night.

If you don't know the circumstances of this particular one, and you've been on angelswin for a while, just close your eyes and try to imagine the circumstances behind this one.

And I took it off my phone.  But my wife, who is going to save the world, had it on her phone.

Me: Because I turned them off

My wife's phone went batshit crazy last night and at first I thought it was a flash flood alert. She gets those as well for areas 80 miles away, as if we are in danger of drowning living on a hill in San Dimas.

i was at a luggage carousel in LAX when it went off. several people were on their phones checking it out. wouldn't have known what it was until my friend asked me if i had seen the alert. told her i turned it off months ago and she looked kind of surprised that that was possible or that i would do something like that. she teachers kindergarten, so her heart is in a different place than most people.

a little superficial damage but it looks salvageable.
