The short answer is we do everything in house.  We do our own marketing, HR, IT, payroll, asset protection, legal department, customer service department and risk management along with lots and lots of other departments.  We have 25,000 associates and only 20,000 or so work in the stores.  We have a 10 story office building which we use the top 5 floors for us, plus the basements, and we rent out the bottom five for now.  We also have another corporate office in Baldwin Park.
