Kyle Kubitza just gained 14 1/2 games in the AL West standings.  The once promising 25-year old third basement swapped his Angel gear for Texas apparel.  It was a cash deal. Not enough I'm sure to pay the rest of Josh Hamilton's contract  But it does open up a spot on the roster. Maybe they can replace him with someone productive. Shouldn't be hard, Kubitza had a .194/.254/.194 line in 19 major league games last season.

That's one way to look at it. Another is hes going up around 5 games from the Bees to Round Rock Express because I just cant see him sticking as a major leaguer at this point. Maybe the Rangers system can sort him out.
