Yeah, weird isn't it.  Amex is going through this whole thing about wanting to retain those former Costco members, and that they have a plan to do so.  Then they go about and cancel all their cards.  Not going to keep customers that way.

Funny because that's the first thing I used my new card on too

I got an email from my Visa card (not a Costco Visa) saying that I can now use it at all major wholesale clubs, including Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's.  It's a BofA Visa

I thought Sam's only took MasterCard?
