Yes it was. He's still a solid starter but dude was being blessed by the BABIP gods early in the season. Hopefully he doesn't continue to falter down the stretch. Was hoping the team would trade him in the offseason for a cost controlled bat. Need him to keep his trade value up

Trout looking way too much like the guy following him in the order, the guy who barely hits .200 with RISP.  I think Trout learned the silly take the first pitch down broadway from the same guy.  

 

Good teams make the Angels look very ordinary.  With Trout on the fritz, this ain't pretty.  Scioscia will have a sore arm from turning pages & tipping caps.
