Yeah, he's available.  But he wants money and teams are unwilling to pay him when he's a cancer in the clubhouse.  Scott Boras is his agent and they're holding out until a team gets desperate enough to pay what he's asking and willing to put up with his crap.  I know Tigers have been showing interest since Joe Nathan's injury.

Between Morin and Salas I think they're fine. Both guys' ERA's are bloated and won't stay that high, Morin especially.

 

They also have Bedrock who, even though has sucked at the big league level, has absolutely butt-slammed the minors at every stop so eventually the dude has to come around.

I think it's because after a spectacular first half last year he put up a 6.58 ERA the second half of last year -- the dude went Frieri mode, 40 baserunners allowed over his final 25 innings.   There were some concerns about his velocity the second half too, so people may have been scared off.
