We went out and traded all our prospects for a guy who's lucky to pitch 3 innings every 5 games.

Where as Oakland, who had better SP than we did to begin with, went out and got 2 front line SP's that eat innings.

It's better than what the Rays got for Price. I still can't believe Detroit got away with that.

No amount of Rondons was going to net Jon Lester. We would have had to trade a major leaguer.
