Only thing that I don't like is Howie in that spot with his penchant for GIDP. Depending on how Josh looks when he gets back, I would probably swap him and Howie.

No on the Aybar, his OBP is not good enough.

Kendrick at the top would be better (.380+ OBP) and it would give HK one less chance to hit into a DP.

This is tough but I'd probably Scioscia do a bit of a play the hot bat at leadoff. It would be Aybar, Howie and Calhoun. Both Aybar and Howie are hitting right now. Aybar doesn't walk much but he also doesn't strike out much. Games where Aybar doesn't lead off I like him batting ninth. So I guess assuming everyone was healthy and both Howie and Aybar are playing like they are right now I'd go with this.
