I asked Victor Rojas and he pretty much said the same thing.  It is a very subjective determination.

It was a line drive, albeit a very soft one.  Pop ups have to travel higher than the distance they cover.  This one only was 40 feet, 2 inches high, and it traveled horizontally 63 feet, 4 inches.  Victor Rojas should be ashamed he doesn't know a rule that Frieri understands completely.

 

The rest of you guys just can't handle someone like Frieri with more  intelligence than you.
