One day after Rendon and the training staff say he's ready. So even if they said he was ready today, Washington wouldn't play him until tomorrow.

With time change this weekend Rendon will lose hour of rest. It's best to wait 1 more day

@Angels 1961 just thinks he was workin' on stuff. Working his way back to AAA, apparently. Giving up 13 baserunners in 6 1/3 innings tends to have that effect.

He was destined to start season at SLC. I do not understand his or Kolarek MLB signing both should have been on minor league deals. Perry does some strange signings last year was Brett Phillips also this year 4 mill for Garcia. Perry will need to sign a starter as depth is very thin.

Good inning for Anderson.  If he can just been a 4-4.50 ERA guy this year, that'd go a long way in stabilizing the rotation.

O'Hoppe isn't homegrown, but agree that it's nice to have some competent guys behind the plate who aren't absolute zeroes at the plate.
