Not really torn up about this one. I mean we could have used him but he probably wanted to go back to the Dodgers.

Although I'm beginning to think the Angels are being used as leverage for every free agent and Arte has simply noped out.

I might be crazy, but I think it's entirely possible that they might not view Andrus or any of the other remaining options as enough of an upgrade over Adrianza to even bother with.  That does not in any way mean that I think Adrianza is good or any kind of difference maker.

He could end up with backup roll my concern is depth. Perry could find a MI on waiver wire near end of spring.

No thanks to Andrus he’s cooked, unless there’s a small trade at some point I agree I think Adrianza is the first call up if there’s an injury. Which isn’t great but at this point in the off-season not much else in the FA pool would be a meaningful upgrade

Either the Angels are not really serious with contact offers or players just don't want to play in Anaheim.
