It's impressive that he's responded this way. bring placed on waivers twice within a month has got to be a serious blow to your self-esteem.

His waiver period should have already expired, so I think we can safely assume no one claimed him.

Rosenberg has now made 3 starts in MLB. In those 3 starts, he's given up 4 runs in 15.2 innings for a 2.30 ERA.

There are only 18 games left. By the time they went through the process again, he'd get to play 15 or so games at most with his new team.  He's not eligible for post-season rosters. Unless a car crash kills a team's entire roster of outfielders and he happens to be on waivers at the time, I find it hard to imagine a scenario in which he'd be claimed, given that 29 teams have now said,  "Nah, man, we're good" on him twice.

Dont know a ton about Grichuk but he seems to be a real professional the way he carries himself on and off the field.

If he finishes strong, he will have made a case to at least be on the 40 man roster this winter.....
