The Angels only have a losing record so far against Toronto, Cleveland, and Houston in the AL.

They would be in great shape in the standings if not for games against the NL West and Houston.

I can pretty much guarantee you no umpire is going to change their behavior because Nevin went ballistic.

I think this has been proven false by studies of NBA players who complain the most getting the most calls.

Nevin has gone crazy several times this year and last, yet people on this board still seem to think a lot of calls go against the Angels (last night's was truly bad, just for the record).  Nothing will change because of what he did last night.

Calls will allows be missed either way. After one of Nevin's earlier blow ups, when he got tossed, the next pitch was a clear make up call. Who can say if one lead to the other, but the umpires are human.
