I don't think this video shows that Ohtani is "frustrated" with Rendon, but it is kinda funny that he just ignores him when Rendon tries to fist bump.

Hey Shohei, Rendon has a boo-boo and it hurts. Leave him alone, he needs to feel 100% before returning. He might break his leg or something if he comes back too soon.

It’s always the softest guys on here that are most critical of players playing through injuries.

He's hurt, it sucks.

He’s played poorly, it sucks.

He’s expensive, it sucks.

The rest is projecting on your part.

Thank you mr. gatekeeper

Lol talk about projecting. Don’t act like you actually know these people you’re calling “soft.”

I have a question for you and I’m honestly interested in your answer.

Given that Rendon is ultimately healthy and has simply suffered a string of fluky, unfortunate injuries this year, what percentage of games do you expect him to play in next season?  What is your rationale for deciding on that number?

I think he’s a huge injury risk and probably won’t be healthy going forward. I may not know these people but I’ve read their posting habits for the better part of 20 years and they quit on a game or in a season at the slightest hint of adversity. We have guys quitting on games when the team is down 2-0 early in the game. So I’ll stick to my projection comment. You won’t agree and that’s fine.

Why do you think he’s a huge injury risk if these are the types of injuries that can happen to anybody?

So he’ll be in the lineup when he’s healthy, and we will know he’s healthy by him being in the lineup.

My issue is with guys who make players out to be villains because they are injured. It says much more about those guys than the players. Again you can disagree.
