Good thing for him it happened after he got called up. Now, he gets to spend the next two seasons getting paid the Major League minimum salary while we all wait to see if you're right.

We kinda knew that was the rub with Joyce.

At least they brought him up quickly and didn’t let him blow out in the minors.

A lot of teams will overcook their high draft pick college relievers in the minors and waste their bullets there. The Angels at least used Joyce. Now, we’ll see whether he’ll be back in 2023 or if it won’t be till 24 or 25.

His two seasons in the minors equated to 28.2 inning pitched. He wasn't being over used. 

He has had all of 4 innings pitched in the majors. That wasn't an impact call up if his contribution ended last night.

Nothing about last night's early exit is in any way beneficial to Joyce or the team.

It’s retroactive to opening day, which was more than 60 days ago. It means nothing.
