My "name has been selected", but there is no name at the top of the email. I am equally sure that the United Nations selects people ar random to send millions of dollars to. I am also certain that the UN would contact me by email about something like this, when I have had no prior contact with them. I find it ironic that helping scam victims is one of the alleged purposes of the cash. I know of no such thing as a "security gate pass", let alone a $200 fee for one. Just send a cashier's check.
