Don't be sorry, it's my opinion and no I'm not high. 

Simmons was amazing and so smooth at the position, made everything look easy even the tough plays.

Velazquez makes all the routine plays but for me he is a walking highlight reel & web gem extraordinaire. Reminds me of Ozzie and Vizquel. 

He obviously will never be regarded as a better SS than Simmons unless he starts hitting a little and becomes a full time starter, but defense alone to me he's better in the short term, short sample size that we've been given.
