Petey v's The Babe...

I've tried for a few years to get my young nephew into Angels baseball (I'm in the UK remember so the game gets almost zero exposure over here). After his family went on holiday to Florida last year and he saw some games on TV I finally have him fairly hooked. Of course, I promised him that the last few years were an aberration and the Angels would rock this year! Luckily he didn't believe me and his enthusiasm hasn't yet waned, every morning he sends me an e-mail or a text making some comment.

 

Today he sent, "Crap result but at least Bourjos is back!" I replied, "bringing back Babe Ruth wouldn't help this team!"

 

He said "who?!"

 

I guess I have some way to go with him yet!
