You must include a special character in your passwords.  Except for the one you just typed in.

And then when you go back to change your password, several other fields have been erased.

Another favorite is when they give you a link to recover your password, and they force you to reset it instead. You reset it, and the system says "Your password cannot be the same as any of your past five passwords." Of course, if you knew what it was, you wouldn't have followed the link in the first place.
