The other issue is that there are 24 other guys on the team. It is pretty annoying I’m sure if you’re one of the other guys out there who is busting his ass and trying to win games and the team keeps rolling a kid out there who shouldn’t be there and you’re behind 5-0 right out of the gate.

There is definitely a balance between letting young players gain experience and letting them get overmatched at the expense of the rest of the team.

The Angels are kind of in a position that they don't have any other choices. It's not like they can go out and buy up a veteran to fill a hole, anyone available probably didn't start the season and wouldn't contribute and they already have a 40 man roster that has almost zero flexibility.

Sink or swim is unfortunately the now to the end of season regardless of what they want to do to protect these guys and ease them into the majors. For fans it's almost unwatchable (I write this as the White Sox leadoff hitter knocks a triple into the right field corner then socres ona fielder's choice) seeing the Angels start from behind or mid way through the game get blown out by the third pitcher of the game get shelled.

Sink or Swim. For players and fans alike.

I think the scouts have figured out Suarez’s tendencies and are now teeing off on him. He’s not fooling anybody.
