Trout is the most successful base stealer (by percentage) of all time I believe. It'd be extremely weird to have an anchor on him.

But, I guess it's possible with this manager

Ausmus' bullpen usage is odd this game.  As the home team, wouldn't you usually have your closer or your best pitcher pitch the ninth or tenth?  Unless I missed a memo, those two pitchers would be Allen and Buttrey... Buttrey, at least, seems rested... and competent.

My hunch is Trout has the green light regardless of manager.  Since base stealing is frowned upon these days Trout might be the only one with the green light on the team.
