A quick heads-up as @MLBDraft signings start happening. The vast majority of players taken in the top 10 rds agreed to parameters before getting drafted. So "agreeing to terms" isn't exactly breaking news -- most of these guys have. They'll sign deals once physicals are passed.

the breakdown of 11-40 is a bit different this year than in years passed.  not so much for 11-16, but after that I feel like there are a lot more college jr and HS guys.  

I bet now that we've got some decent depth throughout the system, Eppler and co tried to hit some home runs.  My guess is that we'll have quite a few guys go un-signed from 18 and on.

SIGNING DEADLINE: Teams must sign drafted players, other than those who were college seniors, by July 6. Players who have exhausted their college eligibility have until one week before 2019 draft to sign.

I hope no one takes offense, but there are a lot of black dudes getting drafted this year it feels like, honestly. Which I think is a good thing, hasn't baseball been going through a drought of low participation among blacks? I thought I remember Torii talking about it a lot. Anyone know if that trend has reversed or something?
