Just WTF goes on, the first day when pitchers and catchers report?

Was listening to one of the MLB network radio shows last night and they are expressing skepticism on how effective Garrett Richards is going to be. One guy was saying that GR has decided to stop throwing a change-up, as he feels that's what led to his injury. That's a bummer. A good change is a very effective pitch for a hard thrower.

They also talked about how GR is being talked about in very cautious terms by Angel personnel (no names given) about the amount of innings he is going to be allowed  to pitch.

They are definitely not high on the Angels chances, though they think they will score a lot more runs this year (we were 10th in the AL last year). It boils down to pitching. They think the BP will not be good and our two best starters have major injury question marks (GR and Skaggs). High marks for improved defense, though.
