While the video has some legitimacy to it, it isn't difficult to make fun of random people when you have the power to edit everything and aren't being upfront with your purpose of interacting with them.

I doubt half the kids know what the first amendment even means or where it comes from even if you tell them. They are walking by with their own thoughts and then get approached by some dude with intent on making them look bad. All of the SJW will look back at their some of their beliefs 20 years from now and cringe. I know I do.

It's crazy how some of the most prestigious schools are surrounded by ghetto areas. I thought I was going to get shot a couple years ago just a few blocks from Yale.

I know two people who are Stanford grads, and they are among the most mentally unstable people I have ever met (and remember that I spent years working in mental health).

We may be the only country with a constitutional guarantee of freedom of speech so it's not crazy to not want one. More have religious rights. None have gun rights, as far as I know.

That's like saying it's easy to be an MLB second baseman- just learn how to hit and field. It's not easy. You have to take tests better than 99% of your peers.

seems like it's become extremely difficult to express your own opinions on campuses these days unless follow what the SJWs want.

 

college seems like a much angrier, more difficult experience than it should/used to be. that's tragic.

I think what mrwicked is saying is similar to what you are saying, that it takes a very narrow type of intelligence to get into a prestigious college. You are saying that a person can be smart in one way, dumb in another. I know many examples of that, including myself.

Yes. This is very very true. Also, for all of you old gamers, intelligence and wisdom are two different boxes on a character sheet.

When I started college, about the only thing that people were really angry about was the Vietnam War - and we were near the end of that. I remember a lot of fun and a lot of socializing, and very little anger.
