He acquired all of the legal papers for the hunt. Hired guides to make sure he was on legal hunting grounds. They placed bait and shot a lion that took the bait. The lion was not tagged in any way that would identify itself as a game preserve animal at a reasonably safe distance to prevent the hunt from taking place.

 

There is nothing to prosecute.
