they may be asking volunteers from the stands to fill in on the field by the time this one is over.

 

either that, or they call it in the 7th inning.........(which they do sometimes in ST -- well, at least, no extra innings -- but if there's a 10 run lead maybe they'll invoke the little league slaughter rule).

 

I don't think any player within sniffing distance of even the 40 man roster will be in the park past 2 PM.
