A pair of Angels prospects made their All-Star Futures Game debut on Sunday at Target Field. Los Angeles' No. 5 prospect, Jose Rondon, a late add to the World Team in place of injured Astros prospect Carlos Correa, entered the game in the fifth inning and went hitless in two at-bats. Victor Alcantara threw eight pitches in Sunday's affair.
