On Tuesday night, during a 4-3 win over the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park, Mike Trout and the Angels were lifted by Matt Shoemaker, who came up from Triple-A to hold the Phillies to two runs in five innings of a spot start, and Luis Jimenez, who contributed with his glove and his bat in the Philadelphia debut for Trout.
