Anyhow, Trout's fWAR is steady at 10.0, up 0.2.

 

He's been in a bit of a slump over the last nine games - with only five hits, going 5-28 (.179 BA). But during that time he's walked 14 times (!), which has led to this rather crazy triple-slash line (over the last nine games):

 

.179/.452/.250

 

In other words, despite the fact that he's been slumping - only hitting .179 with 2 extra base hits, both doubles - Trout's OBP has actually gone up.

Furthermore, in his last three games he's been hitless (0-8), but due to walking 6 times he's gotten on base at a .429 clip.

 

He manages to produce something pornworthy every week.
