No, because there was a double play after the error.  Even though Buxton scored and he was the guy who reached on a error, I think the scoring decision is that Ryan Jeffers would have scored from second on the single if the error and then the double play hadn't occurred.

Maybe not the clearest way to explain it, but I kinda get why it's earned.

Face it, it’s time for a rebuild, about to be 1-9 in past 10 games and even with an easier schedule come June, no hope for contention.    Moreno needs to stop denying it.

I’d trade them both for prospects and play Adell and Moniak. But who knows what the Angels will do.
