He looked terrible defensively after his callup -- but the dude has been a plus defender all through the minors.  For whatever reasons people always react the same way when OFers come up and butcher stuff, meanwhile we have been hearing since the days when Anderson/Salmon/Erstad/Edmonds that the sky in Anaheim can be tricky at first.  Same thing happens in the out of town telecasts when they are in Anaheim.

His bat is suspect, his glove isn't regardless of how ham-fisted his defense may have looked.

Maybe @Jeff Fletcher would know.

I know suspended players stay on the RL during the offseason. Not sure about someone in Stassi’s situation. Maybe it’s comparable to Andrew Toles, who has been on the restricted list during the offseason?

I’m honestly not sure when the deadline is for them to have to move him back to the 40-man or do something else with him. These are questions that generally get sorted out at the GM meetings (right after the WS).

Sorry but Adams can play defense. You using a small sample size is silly and you are smarter than that.
