He's had numerous conversations with other former Angels and Broadcasters regarding the issues under the roof its what they do.. Suddenly, 2 of them were in the dugout... He coached in the Minors with the 66'ers so he remembers the Angel way and that was the main point of conversations. It's organizational philosophies and how to play the game the Angel way. Which is gritty, hard-nosed, work hard, know your role, and be ready to succeed in it.
