Did I miss something about Suarez going on rehab?  From game logs, it looks like he pitched two games in the ACL back in July, but I don't see anything since then.

EDIT:  I think this could potentially save a few $, so maybe that's the reason for the move--but still kinda random to just activate a guy who hasn't pitched in close to two months.

If he ends up not pitching at all, then i think you are right on. Personally, i have no problem with that. I would like to see them in the lottery.

They actually brought back Bartolo Colon. No one will know the difference.... even though he's not a lefty.

Yeah, I don't really care if that is the reason, since I'm all for them getting under the luxury tax threshold.  I was mainly just curious.
