It is aggravating that 10 of the 15 teams are in a better playoff situation than the Angels.

This is the first game this year that I will not want to swear out loud with each bad play because I am now numb and have accepted the team's fate.

Anderson is such crap. What a terrible deal. Just another in the long line of players that had one great season that fools the front office enough to sign them to a multi year deal.

Up here 'the game will be joined in progress' around 7:30. Have to sit through the end of the Orioles game, then a half hour sports  recap show. God forbid that anyone dare miss a Blue Jay hilite or interview. 

West coast games are treated like garbage by Sportsnet in Canada. Mere afterthoughts for filling late night eastern programming. And it's literally like that with all teams and sports. But what do you expect? It's the  same owners as the Blue Jays.

The Angels trading for players reminds me of that asshole who tries to weave through traffic. They try to look cool and impress but in reality, everyone is laughing at them as they go nowhere.

Seattle is 20-10 since the beginning of July, tied with Baltimore for best record in majors.

3rd best ERA in that time.

Doesn't seem to be much discipline by the  hitters. Consistently swinging at high, marginal pitches in the upper nineties.

The last time the Angels had a winning season was the last season before Anaheim was dropped from the name. Fuck this Los Angeles stuff, bring Anaheim back.

Next year, need better starters and much better offense.

Kirby totally masterful. He probably could finish the game if necessary. But it looks like their bullpen will get in. Running out of time.
