They also beat (at the time) #15 BYU and (at the time) #14 Syracuse.  They have 2 horrible losses in Marshall and Stanford but have 4 wins over top 15 teams.

I honestly do believe it’s hurt you.  USC hasn’t made much progress in the polls the last few weeks.  I understand the CFP poll has only been out two weeks, but the AP and the Coaches polls see right thru your schedule and your questionable defense.

It doesn’t hurt. Win and it’ll take care of itself 

last week usc was 1-1 against top 25 teams currently ranked. Now we’re 0-1 bc osu lost by 3 on the road to uw. 
 

uw is now “ranked” and ucla is 2-1 against top 25 teams when last week they were 1-1 (same as usc) and now everyone is crying that usc hasn’t played anyone . 
 

uw is about to lose to Oregon and ucla will be right back to 1-1 against the top 25. Who knows maybe the beavs upset the ducks in Corvallis. That’s no gimmie. 
 

it is what it is. It’s a good thing the AP and coaches don’t mean much right now.
