Canning struggled tonight. Might be time to blame the so-called hitters ballpark that is Angels Stadium, a ballpark that has always been considered a pitchers ballpark. Good luck trying to argue against the nature of science.

I just hope it doesn't turn into another Heaney situation where we all keep waiting for him to live up to his "potential"--and then all of the sudden he's 30 and is just kinda the guy he's been since he debuted.

Heaney was actually good with the Angels early on. Had a good season in 2015 with an ERA under 3.50. But he just hasn't shown the ability to take that next step since that year.
