I’m worried Wheeler is gonna cost more like Eovaldi’s 4/$68m instead of the 3/$30m Lance Lynn deal I’d prefer. Awfully lot of money to come up with and commit to a rotation when Wheeler might not be the best in 2-3 years. 

Should we sign Cole, I’d prefer first, a trade for a #2-4, second, Hamels on a 1-yr, or third, a total wild card 1-yr like Wacha, Roark, Wood, Pineda, etc.
