I don't.  I think we would be lucky if he ended up a poor man's David Freese.

What's your take on Josh Donaldson ... we has recently been clear to play and will also be a FA this off season.

My only interest in Donaldson is if the rest of the roster is right, and my last piece needed is a savvy vet that I could envision being capable of having a big postseason series.

Honestly I like both Arenado and Machado. I wouldn’t mind seeing either in an Angels uniform. Arenado a little more because he’s so fun to watch at the hot corner and a local guy. 

Probably comes down to dollars and years for me. But in the end if we can somehow sign Machado this offseason instead of Arenado next offseason you have to pull the trigger based on Trout potentially not getting extended.
