So Skaggs is going to a changeup more tonight and getting some swing and misses. Sure hope that's here to stay. Gonna need to incorporate that pitch more if he's gonna take that leap as a starter

Ha. Was kidding about the fine. 

i think when there's more than six visits the pitcher has to be removed from the game , which will of course delay the game even more.
