All that being said...I'm not convinced this is a bad thing. Just a different thing. Bad handling by MLB though.

Terrible handling by MLB. That being said, I also am not a fan of the concept. By increasing the likelihood of HRs MLB is encouraging the 3 true outcomes approach. I find that to be less enjoyable to watch.
