I am not baffled at those who are in on Othani/Stanton to be moving slowly, but the rest, yeah, that i cant wrap my head around.

Bingo. They probably already have multiple offers on the table and are waiting to hear back from those currently involved in the Stanton/Ohtani sweepstakes where you know they are far more focused.

I think the JD Martinez market is definitely in a holding pattern due to Stanton.

The rest really shouldn't be effected by Ohtani or Stanton. Mostly different skill sets.

I used my grandparents address who lived in the district but not in villa park. I grew up on the Anaheim/Garden Grove border.

I grew up in NE Anaheim, but I was in what was then the Placentia Unified School District. I went to Valencia HS.

I was in West Anaheim, most of my friends went to Pacifica or Mater Dei. We couldn't afford Mater Dei and Villa Park had the better baseball program so I went there.
