But Angel stadium is so far away from Los Angeles that the Eagles might as well practice at home. Gotta be for Trout.

Must be the case, because they told CIF they couldn't use the stadium for high school game because the stadium is being renovated.

I know both video boards are being replaced and possibly a sound system upgrade, maybe that's why they told CIF no. Probably means all ribbon boards are down (maybe upgrading those as well?) as they upgrade the control room too. Tough to host a game with no scoreboard or sound system. Team can practice though.
